The Braai Test
The Cevapi were packed with flavour and worked perfectly over medium coals, developing a beautiful smoky finish while staying juicy inside.
The Adana Kebabs brought great spice and richness to the braai and paired perfectly with potato's and salad.
Why You Should Visit
The butcher was highly recommended by my local community and did not disappoint. If you enjoy exploring different flavours, quality halal meat has heaps of options, they where very busy and for me this was a great indicator of a good butcher shop.
