The chuck eye steaks were packed with flavour and cooked beautifully over the coals. Often referred to as the "butcher's secret," chuck eye offers fantastic flavour and great value while still delivering a quality steak experience.

The lamb ribs were everything you want from a proper braai - smoky, tender.

The Lamb, Honey & Mint sausages were the surprise packet of the night. The sweetness from the honey and freshness from the mint complemented the lamb perfectly and created a unique flavour that stood out from the usual sausage options.

I also picked up a fresh sourdough loaf, which was absolutely outstanding. It was a great reminder that Paddock to Table is much more than just a butcher.
